Refunds & Returns Policy

Order change or cancellation:

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation. Please Contact Us for your changing or cancellation request. A full refund will be issued in case of order cancellation (cancellation to be within the 12 hours). Once the packaging and shipping process has started, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Refunds:

If you did not receive your order within 60 days of shipping date, you can request a refund or a re-shipment. If you received your order “not as described” you can return the order and receive full refund or keep the order and request a partial refund.  In case of return, please contact us to give you the correct shipping address for the returned item. Return shipping fees will be on your expense. Item should be in the same condition that you have received (un-used).

Orders can not be refunded in the following cases:

*You can submit refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days of shipping date) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

In case of refund, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
