1. How To Drop-Ship With ChinaEsale?

ChinaEsale allows drop-ship orders for all registered customers.

There are no additional charges.

Just order online in the same way as usual, but add different shipping addresses.

We always check carefully (for fraud prevention) if the shipping address is different to the billing address, so if you are a new drop-shipping customer,please make sure that your paypal account is verified.

We do not include ChinaEsale publicity materials / invoices etc when we send drop ship goods, so it protects your reputation as a seller. They will not know the true source of the goods, and they will not know the price you paid.

If your customer has technical support issues, or wants to return a product, they will have to discuss this with you first because it’s your account with ChinaEsale.

Please note that if there are import taxes to pay, you usually have to pay this when you receive the goods from the courier. So if you're dropshipping, that's your customers who may 'unexpectedly' have to pay 'extra charges'.

Please note it's your responsibility as the ChinaEsale buyer / dropship vendor to find out information about taxes and inform your customers. although of course we will do whatever we can to help you minimize the tax burden if you have special packing/ declaration instructions.

2. What Is The Meaning Of Dropship?

Dropship means a lot in Electronics retailing business in this point of view. The meaning of drop ship means a reseller instruct their wholesale counterpart which may be located in a duty free zone to ship out orders according to the reseller and ship direct to their customers in a as and when basis. The reseller does not actually take the job of stocking, packaging and shipping.

Wholesale on the other hand means buying products in bulks and get a discount from it. Then retailing it one at a time to make a profit out of it. This is the very conventional way of retail business after all.

With the internet kicking in around the world, dropship does make sense after all. Most of all drop ship service only exist hand in hand with internet as no one will know there are no products in your store. You won't be able to sell products with your conventional store front without and products, right?

3. Fair Use Of ChinaEsale Website Materials

Can I use your pictures or descriptions on my website?
Can I copy your website pages for my reselling or drop-shipping electronics business?

*In general ChinaEsale is open about sharing product pictures and descriptions, because we want to help out drop-shippers and Ebay sellers in their online listings.

4. Warranty / Returns Policy For Drop-Shippers.

I am a dropship seller - what do I do if my customer has a problem with a ChinaEsale product that I sold to him?

All of our products are covered by a 12-month warranty, for refund,replace and repair.

If you are drop-shipping, any product returns (and all the communications) still have to be handled through you, because you are ChinaEsale's customer. In fact it is probably in your interests for the customer not to know about ChinaEsale and deal directly with you.

In practice, it is possible for you to discuss any return issue with us, and provide our return code and address to your customer. Then they can post a faulty item back to us in China and we can ship the replacement directly to them, without you having to handle any products. Obviously this is the most suitable solution where your customers are in different countries.

In terms of customer support and technical support for devices, the responsibility rests with the vendor, i.e. YOU if you are drop-shipping. We will of course provide as much help to you as we can, and with technical questions it may simply be a matter of relaying our information to your customers.
